Italian appetizer platter of salami, artichokes, pepperoncini, cheese, and olives in Italian dressing.
Ingredients
- 3 oz salami, thinly sliced
- 1 (13.75 oz) jar of marinated artichokes
- 10 whole pickled pepperoncini peppers
- 4 oz provolone or mozzarella, cubed or matchstick cut
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 oz can black olives, halved
- 1 cup Italian dressing or Rita’s Balsamic Dressing
- Optional: add Muffalato mixture
Steps
- Combine ingredients.
- Chill.
- Bring to room temp to serve.
- Serve on Italian toasts (bruschetta or garlic toasts).
