Italian appetizer platter of salami, artichokes, pepperoncini, cheese, and olives in Italian dressing.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 (13.75 oz) jar of marinated artichokes
  • 10 whole pickled pepperoncini peppers
  • 4 oz provolone or mozzarella, cubed or matchstick cut
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 oz can black olives, halved
  • 1 cup Italian dressing or Rita’s Balsamic Dressing
  • Optional: add Muffalato mixture

Steps

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Chill.
  3. Bring to room temp to serve.
  4. Serve on Italian toasts (bruschetta or garlic toasts).
