A quick salsa with black beans, Roma tomatoes, Mexican corn, and cumin.
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 6 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thinly
- 2 cans of Mexican corn, drained
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Chopped cilantro, to taste
- Lime juice, to taste
Steps
- Combine all ingredients and stir.
- Season to taste and chill.
- Serve with Tostitos scoops or any corn chips.
