A quick salsa with black beans, Roma tomatoes, Mexican corn, and cumin.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 cans of Mexican corn, drained
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Chopped cilantro, to taste
  • Lime juice, to taste

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir.
  2. Season to taste and chill.
  3. Serve with Tostitos scoops or any corn chips.
