A warm, bubbly baked dip with blue cheese, bacon, and cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup half-n-half
  • 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 3 tbsp chopped walnuts, toasted
  • Grape cluster, for garnish
  • Flatbread or crackers, for serving

Steps

  1. Cook chopped bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 10 min or until crisp.
  2. Drain bacon, and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to skillet, and saute 1 minute.
  4. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Add half n half, beating until combined.
  6. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, and chives.
  7. Spoon mixture evenly into 4 (1 cup) individual baking dishes.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle evenly with chopped walnuts, and serve with grape clusters and flatbread or assorted crackers.
