Layered taco dip with seasoned beef, refried beans, sour cream, and all the fixings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack)
  • 1 16oz container sour cream
  • Taco sauce
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Sliced black olives
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Steps

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
  2. Add refried beans, green chilies, and taco seasoning to beef in skillet and warm until spreadable.
  3. Spread mixture onto a platter or serving plate and cool in refrigerator.
  4. When cool to touch, layer sour cream, taco sauce, cheese, and lettuce.
  5. Top with tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
