Layered taco dip with seasoned beef, refried beans, sour cream, and all the fixings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large can refried beans
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack)
- 1 16oz container sour cream
- Taco sauce
- Shredded lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Sliced black olives
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Tortilla chips for serving
Steps
- Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
- Add refried beans, green chilies, and taco seasoning to beef in skillet and warm until spreadable.
- Spread mixture onto a platter or serving plate and cool in refrigerator.
- When cool to touch, layer sour cream, taco sauce, cheese, and lettuce.
- Top with tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
