Quick banana muffins — a great way to use ripe bananas.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2-3 bananas
Steps
- Cream together sugar and butter.
- Add eggs, then dry ingredients.
- Add mashed bananas and beat well.
- Place in greased muffin tins or paper muffin cups in muffin pan.
- Bake 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
Notes
- Can freeze if made into bread.
