Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs (separated)
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Combine egg yolks, milk and oil and beat smooth.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks and fold into batter.
  4. Cook waffles according to iron instructions on a well greased iron.
