Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Combine egg yolks, milk and oil and beat smooth.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks and fold into batter.
- Cook waffles according to iron instructions on a well greased iron.
