A crescent roll crust topped with sausage, hash browns, eggs, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
Steps
- Cook sausage and drain.
- Separate crescent rolls onto pizza pan or something with edges.
- Press seams together over bottom and sides of pan.
- Sprinkle with hash browns.
- Spoon sausage over crust and top with cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt & pepper.
- Pour onto crust.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
