A crescent roll crust topped with sausage, hash browns, eggs, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps

  1. Cook sausage and drain.
  2. Separate crescent rolls onto pizza pan or something with edges.
  3. Press seams together over bottom and sides of pan.
  4. Sprinkle with hash browns.
  5. Spoon sausage over crust and top with cheddar cheese.
  6. In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt & pepper.
  7. Pour onto crust.
  8. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
