Fluffy buttermilk pancakes made every Saturday morning.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 cups buttermilk; approx.

Steps

  1. Combine dry ingredients and stir in wet ingredients to make a runny pudding like consistency.
  2. Cook on hot, greased griddle.
  3. Pour on the syrup and make ’em on you hips!
