Fluffy buttermilk pancakes made every Saturday morning.
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 cups buttermilk; approx.
Steps
- Combine dry ingredients and stir in wet ingredients to make a runny pudding like consistency.
- Cook on hot, greased griddle.
- Pour on the syrup and make ’em on you hips!
