A puffy oven-baked German pancake with butter, served with apples or cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in 9x13 pan.
  3. Mix together eggs and milk, flour, and salt.
  4. Pour batter into butter pan.
  5. Bake 30 min till golden brown.

  • Serve with cooked apples, cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, or syrup.
