Buttery cream scones with optional raisins, pecans, or blueberries.
Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
Optional Items to Add:
- Raisins
- Brown Sugar
- Pecans
- Dried Cranberries
- Blueberries
Steps
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Cut butter in.
- Mix cream and eggs together, then mix with dry ingredients.
- Add any optional items.
- Use ice cream scoop to place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
