Crunchy peanut butter and graham cracker balls dipped in chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb box powdered sugar
- 2 cup peanut butter
- 2-3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 tsp vanilla
Coating:
- 1 giant Hershey Bar
- 1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 bar paraffix wax (household Gulf wax)
Steps
- Melt margarine and add sugar, peanut butter.
- Stir well add Rice Krispies and vanilla.
- Shape into small 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Cool in refrigerator.
- Melt chocolate bar and chocolate chips with wax.
- Dip balls one at a time and place on wax paper.
- Chill.
