Crunchy peanut butter and graham cracker balls dipped in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 lb box powdered sugar
  • 2 cup peanut butter
  • 2-3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Coating:

  • 1 giant Hershey Bar
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 bar paraffix wax (household Gulf wax)

Steps

  1. Melt margarine and add sugar, peanut butter.
  2. Stir well add Rice Krispies and vanilla.
  3. Shape into small 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Cool in refrigerator.
  5. Melt chocolate bar and chocolate chips with wax.
  6. Dip balls one at a time and place on wax paper.
  7. Chill.
