No-bake chocolate log studded with colorful marshmallows — a Christmas tradition.

Ingredients

• 4 sq semi-sweet chocolate
• 1/4 cup margarine or butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 egg, well beaten
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1 pkg small colored marshmallows

Steps

1. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler or microwave.
2. Add powdered sugar and mix till stiff.
3. Let cool 15 min.
4. Add egg and mix well, then add nuts and marshmallows.
5. Mix well.
6. Shape in a long roll on waxed paper.
7. Refrigerate.
8. Slice as needed.
