Classic choux pastry puffs filled with any cream filling.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs

Steps

  1. In saucepan, melt butter and add water till boiling.
  2. Beat in flour while cooling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in eggs one at a time.
  4. Drop by small spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2" apart.
  5. Bake 40 min in moderate oven.
  6. Remove, cool and fill with any cream filling.
