Classic choux pastry puffs filled with any cream filling.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
Steps
- In saucepan, melt butter and add water till boiling.
- Beat in flour while cooling.
- Remove from heat and stir in eggs one at a time.
- Drop by small spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2" apart.
- Bake 40 min in moderate oven.
- Remove, cool and fill with any cream filling.
