A rich, glossy chocolate fudge frosting for cakes.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 6 tbsp milk
• 6 tbsp oleo or margarine
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Steps

1. Mix together sugar, milk and oleo.
2. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 full min (can be microwaved).
3. Remove from heat.
4. Mix in chocolate chips and spread while warm.
