A tender lemon cake with a lemon cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg lemon instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 3/4 cups water
Topping:
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Steps
- Beat well and pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
- Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- As soon as it is out of the oven prick with meat fork around edges and all over cake.
- Mix topping ingredients together and pour over hot cake.
- Frost while hot.
