A tender lemon cake with a lemon cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cups water

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Steps

  1. Beat well and pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  3. As soon as it is out of the oven prick with meat fork around edges and all over cake.
  4. Mix topping ingredients together and pour over hot cake.
  5. Frost while hot.
