Peanut butter and Rice Krispies balls dipped in chocolate — perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 stick margarine, softened
  • 24 oz peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 lb boxes powdered sugar
  • 5 1/4 cups Rice Krispies

Coating:

  • 1 lg chocolate bar
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 bar paraffin wax (household Gulf wax)
  • Optional: 1 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips

Steps

  1. Mix together margarine and peanut butter.
  2. Add powdered sugar and Rice Krispies.
  3. Make into 1" balls.
  4. Melt chocolate bar, chocolate chips and wax together for coating.
  5. Dip balls one at a time and place on wax paper.
  6. Chill and store in freezer or frig.
