Peanut butter and Rice Krispies balls dipped in chocolate — perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 stick margarine, softened
- 24 oz peanut butter
- 1 1/2 lb boxes powdered sugar
- 5 1/4 cups Rice Krispies
Coating:
- 1 lg chocolate bar
- 1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 bar paraffin wax (household Gulf wax)
- Optional: 1 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
Steps
- Mix together margarine and peanut butter.
- Add powdered sugar and Rice Krispies.
- Make into 1" balls.
- Melt chocolate bar, chocolate chips and wax together for coating.
- Dip balls one at a time and place on wax paper.
- Chill and store in freezer or frig.
