Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup ground poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Steps
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, then add mashed potatoes and milk.
- Beat well, adding the remaining dry ingredients until blended.
- Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan. Pour in batter.
- Preheat oven and bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting.
