A pistachio pudding fluff with crushed pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. whipped topping like cool whip
  • Optional: 1/2 c. walnuts

Steps

  1. Mix pineapple with the powdered pudding mix.
  2. Add whipped topping, marshmallows and walnuts.
  3. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Chill until cool and firm.

Notes

  • This dessert cannot be molded.
