Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb

Barbecue Sauce:

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 3/4 can vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little black pepper
  • A little catsup
  • A little worcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. Boil together all sauce ingredients until thickened.
  2. Bake the lamb at a high temperature about 400 degrees for a long time.
  3. Baste several times with the barbecue sauce.
