Baked ham and pork meatballs glazed in a sweet mustard sauce — a Christmas Eve staple.
Ingredients
Ham Balls:
- 1 1/4 lb ground cured ham
- 1 lb lean ground pork (not spiced)
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup milk
Sauce:
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Steps
- Grind ham in food processor or grind.
- Combine all ham ball ingredients and form meat mixture into 2" balls.
- Place in greased baking dish.
- Combine sauce ingredients together.
- Pour over uncooked balls.
- Bake 350 for 25 min.
