Pork tenderloin braised in a Dijon cream sauce with mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 5 Fuji Apples, sliced and peeled (I used less)
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp rosemary chopped

Steps

  1. In a skillet saute apples in lemon juice 2 minutes.
  2. Season meat with salt and pepper and brown in skillet.
  3. Place tenderloin and apples in a cooking dish.
  4. In same skillet cook onions 5 minutes.
  5. Add wine, cream, mustard and rosemary.
  6. Pour over tenderloin and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
