Pork tenderloin braised in a Dijon cream sauce with mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 5 Fuji Apples, sliced and peeled (I used less)
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp rosemary chopped
Steps
- In a skillet saute apples in lemon juice 2 minutes.
- Season meat with salt and pepper and brown in skillet.
- Place tenderloin and apples in a cooking dish.
- In same skillet cook onions 5 minutes.
- Add wine, cream, mustard and rosemary.
- Pour over tenderloin and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
