A cheesy corn casserole with Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin
- 1 can cream of corn
- 1 can corn nibblets
- 1 stick of margarine
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- Bread crumbs for topping
Steps
- Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
- Bake at 350 for 45-1 hour, uncovered.
Notes
- Use less margarine than 1 stick if desired.
