A cheesy corn casserole with Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin
  • 1 can cream of corn
  • 1 can corn nibblets
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 8 oz. sour cream
  • Bread crumbs for topping

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45-1 hour, uncovered.

Notes

  • Use less margarine than 1 stick if desired.
