A holiday side of ground cranberries, marshmallows, apples, and whipped cream chilled overnight.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cranberries, ground
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Add next day:

  • 2 cups unpeeled apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, broken
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Steps

  1. Combine ground cranberries, marshmallows and sugar.
  2. Cover and chill overnight.
  3. Add remaining ingredients the next day.

Notes

  • Cool Whip can be used as an optional substitute for whipped cream.
