Quick rhubarb jelly made with sugar and cherry or raspberry jello.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups rhubarb, cut up
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 pkg cherry or raspberry jello

Steps

  1. Bring rhubarb and sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a slow boil.
  2. Boil till it thickens.
  3. Take off the heat and stir in 1 pkg of cherry or raspberry jello.
  4. Pour into small jars and seal.
