Quick rhubarb jelly made with sugar and cherry or raspberry jello.
Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb, cut up
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 pkg cherry or raspberry jello
Steps
- Bring rhubarb and sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a slow boil.
- Boil till it thickens.
- Take off the heat and stir in 1 pkg of cherry or raspberry jello.
- Pour into small jars and seal.
